HASHIMOTO Yoshimi

He was born in Japan, in Tokyo.

Since his childhood, he was passionate about sushi, as was his father before him.

Yoshimi died in 2021.
He was practicing this art for more than 50 years that his wife Chunjie would like to perpetuate.
